Why learn it?
Tae Kwon Do is an extremely effective form of self-defence. Tae Kwon Do is also one of the best methods of achieving physical and mental fitness. Because Tae Kwon Do requires both upper and lower striking skills, all parts of the body must be conditioned. The benefits of this conditions are: increased power, speed, flexibility, strength, aerobic fitness, and co-ordination, as well as weight control. Tae Kwon Do's non-physical benefits include development of patience, determination, courtesy and respect

 

      SCHOOL OATH

      1. I will observe the principles of Tae Kwon Do.
      2. I will be loyal to my nation and respect my parents.
      3. I will be obedient to the instructor.
      4. I will respect the instructor and all senior ranks.
      5. I will practice patience and courtesy with my juniors.
      6. I will NEVER misuse Tae Kwon Do.
